With total investment of RMB 8.2 billion yuan, the construction includes four phases. With investment of 1.88 billion yuan, annual capacity of the first phase is 450MW. Up to postpartum of the first phase project, the annual capacity of mono-silicon will reach 150MW, poly-silicon 300MW. To further deepen industry chain. In 2011 we invest 2 billion yuan to complete the second phase construction of 500MW solar wafer production project. The single crystal growth furnace in the workshop adopts Japanese technology. The charge and annual capacity are more than other types of single crystal growth furnace in domestic, while the power consumption is less than them in running of single road. The poly-crystal ingot furnace, DSS450 is from American GT, it has the most feed charge and is the most mature machine in machines of domestic. In the wafer, we use latest B6 model of American applied material company. This model can apply the thinnest cutting steel line-80um, which dramatically improve the product output. Meanwhile, this machine can produce 120um silicon wafer (at present mainstream are 200um in the market), which are fully conform to the trend in the future market. The abrasive wire cutting machine of ingot squaring is also the latest model from American applied material company. The cutting speed is faster than other kinds of squarers. For the product quality control, we use the quality inspection equipment of Semilab. In conclusion, with the advanced equipment and guaranteeing of product quality controlling, our product quality can provide the most persuasive guarantee for the need of downstream solar cell factories, also the product can adapt to demand change of downstream market.
